Questions to consider while reading refund policies:

• Do you have 14 days to return your item?
• If the shipment is damaged, does the original (lowest cost) postage get refunded along with payment for the return postage?
• Does the original, cheapest postage option get refunded if you return a non-damaged item? Do they deduct postage charges when the original postage was free?
